Privacy Policy

At rimachido we look after your information. Here's a plain, no-nonsense explanation of what we keep and why. This applies to the site (rimachido.com) and the app (app.rimachido.com).

1. What we store

• Your account: when you sign in with Google, we see your email, name and photo. Nothing else from your Google account.
• What you write: your lyrics, their saved versions, and the tags or projects you create.
• How you use the app: basic things to make it work, like how many times a day you open the rhyme finder (so we can apply the free-plan limit).
• The website: on rimachido.com we use Google Analytics (cookies) to see how many people visit. The app does not use that.
• Technical data: normal things any website handles (your IP, your browser), for security.

2. What we use it for

• To give you the service: saving your lyrics, marking your rhymes and syllables, your history.
• To manage your account and your plan (free or Pro).
• To improve the app and keep it secure.
• To contact you if there's something about your account.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Your lyrics are yours

What you write is yours. We don't publish it, share it, or use it to train anything. We only store it so you can see it in your account.

4. Payments

The Pro plan is arranged over WhatsApp. We don't store your card details — there are no charges inside the app.

5. Who else touches your data

We don't sell it. Only these services use it, and only to make the app work:

• Google — for sign-in and the site analytics.
• The server where the app lives (in Germany).
• Email — to send you messages about your account.
• Backups — encrypted, private backup copies.

6. Cookies

• Essential ones: to keep you signed in (without these you can't use the app).
• Analytics ones: only on the site (rimachido.com), with Google Analytics.

7. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. If you want us to delete your account and your data, write to us and we'll do it (except for what the law requires us to keep).

8. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data. Write to cesar@rimachido.com and we'll get back to you.

9. Security

We use a secure connection (HTTPS), encrypted backups and restricted access. Nothing is 100% bulletproof, but we take care of your data seriously.

10. Minors

rimachido is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version here, with its date.
